Unable to add macOS Server account - OSX 10.12.2

I am getting the same error on 10.12.1. Works okay if I add the account usng the LAN IP but not using the FQDN. Seems like it allows me to add individual CalDAV and CardDAV accounts but they don't function. Nothing on the error logs of the Server.

my issue resurfaced. However my device that was setup still works. I am unable to add a new device. I recall adding it via LAN ip last time not FQDN however that also no longer works. Must be aDNS issue.
