Cocoa-pods Just Ain't Working

I have looked at fixs and troubleshooting but nothing works, I really need help with this becuase I pretty much covered everything I could find. I am trying to get JTAppleCalendar for me app. One solution I was thinking about was to remove any trace of cocoapods from my computer then install it becuase the first time i used it it work fine, but now, I cant get it work.
