Developer Account is not getting renewed

We have renewed the apple developer subcription via CC, Apple has accepted the same but it is not getting reflected in my developer account. we have tried to get in touch with apple support but there is very poor response from them. we have also generated the tickets but now ticket is also not viewable to us.
