Stuck at Mac login screen after installing Sierra Beta 3

Both of my macs recently updated to Sirra Beta 3 are now both stuck on the Login Screen. After inputting password it just loops back to the enter password screen again. I've tried numerous troubleshooting, but I believe my solution will lay with creating a new user folder from Terminal, but I do not know how to? Can anyone assist in providing me a step by step guide?

been happening lots to me. I hold the power button to force it off when it happens, then turn it back on. It then boots into safe mode on its own. From that screen my password still won't work so I push restart, it restarts, then the password works. It makes me sad forcing it off but meh. It works Every time It's happened three times now.
