An App ID with Identifier 'XX.XX' is not available. Please enter a different string.

It is my app id I use.And i want to add Apple Pay to my App, And It just show me App ID is No avelable.I have delete all my profile certificates in my mac.And I can Reset Them.

Creating a own provisioning profile fixe the problem in XCode 7.3....

No, it can't. I'm on 7.3.1, and I'm getting the same error message as stated above.

This is for ADHOC xCode 7.3, If you have added some devices after the creation of provisioning profile try editing the provisioning including all the the devices and re download the provisioning in xCode, this solved for me.

if you have separate accounts (free account and paid account), don't have identifier string listed under the free account (it has to be under one account only). And in your project, in the top folder on the left ribbon, under 'signing', in 'team', you should have your paid account selected, not the 'personal team' option selected. Special thanks to Lola from the apple support team to help me out on this step.
