Blank screen when waking from sleep

MBPro 15", 2.5Ghz, Mid-15 - when waking from sleep, the screen stays blank but the OS is still functional when I remote desktop into the system. Reappears if I logout. Anyone else have this issue?

With B2 now my MacBook 12" (2016) is doing it EVERY SINGLE time, very annoying

FYI uninstalling Duet fixed this for me.

Even if Duet was not running? just by simply removing the driver? Please could you confirm, thanks

Confirmed that this resolved the problem for me (which similarly only appeared upon B2)... selected uninstall from the duet preferences, rebooted, and all is now well.

Uninstalled Duet and that fixed the issue for me as well. 🙂

Do you think reinstalling Duet at this point will cause it to happen again?

Same for me 🙂

Fixed for me also. Macbook 12" 2016..

Can also confirm that removing Duet Display fixed this issue on 2016 Macbook

Do you have Duet Display installed? I did and after removing the software the issue cleared up. I have sent that dev an email...

You, sir, are a star. That was the issue for me as well.

🙂

I don't have Duet installed on my Macbook 12. Is there a fix then for this as well?

Same problem. New to B2. Early 2015 12" Retina MacBook.

Same here. MacBook Air 13" with Apple Thunderbold display.

I have the same problem, happening each time my laptop goes to sleep. Started with Beta 2.

MacBook Pro Retina Early 2015.

Here's a fix:

1

open terminal

2

type in:

kextstat | grep -v com.apple

3

if you see kernels, you don't need (for me it was airparrot), delete them

4

try and enjoy a great running system again

Hope, that helps!
