itunesconnect upload failing this morning

I've had no luck submitting an app from Xcode over the last 14 hours. It's always the same, it claims it is "Sending API usage to iTunes Connect" for a while, then I briefly see that it was sent, then something else flashes for a split second before an error dialog appears with the message "Archive upload failed due to the issues listed below."

iTunes Store operation failed.

This action could not be completed. Try again.

I tried a few times about 14 hours ago and many times over the last three hours.

Anyone else or is it just me?

yeah this morning on upload I got:

Archive upload failed due to the issues listed below.

This action could not be completed. Try again. (-22421)

at least it has an error code?

seems like this was occuring a couple months ago also:
