Hi. Is the app review appeal site down? I keep getting the "We'll be back soon" maintenance screen after clicking on the Submit button on the appeal form. I don't know if the appeal was submitted successfully and I can't find any downtime notice anywhere. I'd like to at least know when will it be available again so I can submit my appeal.
