😕 Swift Plagrounds is sotally useless 😮 I takes ages to load and 9 out of 10 times it is stuck on loading ⚠ like when this clocky loading thing is just spinning and nothing happens 😢

Useless, depends on what you're expecting from Playgrounds.
I personnally use it to test some small code syntax, like string manipulation, computations with arrays… and find it very useful.
How do you want to use it ?
Is your problem specific to XCode 9 or a more general issue ?
Useless Claude31 as in I expect it to work. It does not therefore it is useless. XCode has become so slow and glitchy. It used to work fairly well back in the Objective-C days. Interestingly Android Studio development is now quicker and more reliable running on a Mac (using the linux kernel at the heart of Darwin). This must be very embarrassing for Apple.
