I run into a number of IOAF error codes during development. Can someone please point me to the documentation that describes these error codes? If not, can someone chime in with a description of the code and a high level description of the types of errors that could potentially trigger the respective IOAF error code?
If you're seeing one, it's probably an Apple kernel or driver bug and you should file a bug at bugreport.apple.com
If you can provide info on what you're doing and what code you're seeing, we might be able to offer a workaround.
