I paid but did not receive a subscription

Good afternoon. I have a problem with the fact that they deducted $99 from me on February 13, 2025, but they never gave me a developer ID. I assume that the problem arose due to the fact that during the first attempts to write off, there was a limit on the card for online purchases. But then I removed this limit, and the payment went through. Please help me as I have been trying to register for a long time. Thank you

Same here, I register and paid the 1 year fee, and just saw my account in "pending" and then I still see the message that I need to pay to continue the process..

Hello! I’m facing the same issue. I was charged $99 but haven’t received my developer ID yet. I received an order acknowledgment email on February 6th, which said the order would be processed in 2 business days, but I still haven’t received any updates. I hope we can get some help soon! Thank you.

I also have the same problem when I register payment information completed and waited for 48 hours but still did not receive any instructions or solutions? I sent an email to support but still no response.

Same issue for me, payment was 14 Feb 2025, didn't get any other email/instructions
