Hi,

Could someone possibly tell me if it is accurate that Xcode Version 16.1 (16B40) is NOT compatible with iOS 18.1.1 and if so, when it will be?

That is not accurate.

Xcode 16.1 should support iOS 18.1.1 just fine.
