Does anyone know a workaround for this issue during downloads?

Failed -- There was an error processing the asset.
I have tried installing the latest Xcode 16.1 and 16.2beta2, and both fail the same way. It has not been resolved for 2 days, so I don't think it is temporary server issue. I also tried 2 different network providers and a hotspot as related posts with different details mentioned.

After reading a comment where they came back a day later and it just worked, I tried rebooting and launching 16.1 it started downloading and now also works in beta.
Working Steps:
- Install both release and beta Xcodes

- Will see errors for both
- Reboot
- Launch Xcode 16.1

- Started downloading successfully
- Close Xcode 16.1
- Launch Xcode 16.2beta2

- Shows it is already installed
