I am a developer with a keen interest in Apple's development toolchain. I noticed that Xcode 15 uses a new version of the linker (ld), and I'm particularly interested in its source code.

I would like to inquire about: When will the source code for the ld linker used in Xcode 15 be made available as open source?

I meant to inquire about the ld linker in Xcode 16, not Xcode 15. Please consider this a correction to my earlier message.
