Can't Install Predictive Code Completion Model in Xcode

I saw another thread on this topic but that poster's problem seemed to resolve itself. I've been waiting a while hoping for the same but sadly haven't had the same luck. Here's the error I get:

And it's back! I opened Xcode and was again met with the download window and subsequent failure. My feedback FB15398248 is still open and unanswered.
