I purschased yesterday the Membership for the Apple Developer Account and now it shows me
"Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now."
but i already complete it.
Is this a bug or something?

Did you get a purchase confirmation email?
Did you check status via the online Apple Store/Purchases?
I have the same problem,
and I click on the "complete your purchase now" link, did the purchase twice, still dont get any confirmation email.Whats wrong with you apple, this is not the first time i submit for the membership, but the new UI is so confusing.
Did you ever find out what the issue was? I have the same thing right now.
