I'm trying to add a new dependency but I'm stuck on the loading screen where it loads the recently used dependencies.
I've tried closing and restarting Xcode, my computer, derived data and also fully reinstalled Xcode without any luck.

I realized the problem is that I installed the app from the Appstore so it stuck.
You just need to delete Xcode on your device following the instructions below:
Download Xcode dmg and install it: https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?path=/Developer_Tools/Xcode_16/Xcode_16.xip
It should work fine.
