Xcode 16 RC - failed to download Predictive Code Completion Model

I have been getting this error for the past few betas but I thought it would be resolved for RC. I am getting this error log:

I have an M1 Macbook Pro running macOS 15. Does anyone know what I can do to get this installed?

Same for me, Mac Studio M2

Same here

M1 MBP here. This seems widespread on the macOS 15-XCode 16 P RCs. I have filed a feedback, as have others.

We deployed a server-side fix around 4:30 pm yesterday (09/09). Could you please retry. If folks are still running into download issues, please submit a report via Feedback Assistant and we will review it.

The issue persists with the same error message as of Sept. 10.

The issue persists as of 9/11

The issue still persists

I can't believe this bug made it to release! Also fetch in mail app of iOS18 is failing! What is happening with QA at Apple?!

To date, the problem still has not been resolved. The thing that makes me angry is that as soon as I installed ver 16 of xCode, the download was performed and I also had the opportunity to try the "Predictive code". After a few days, xCode asked again to download and it DID NOT work anymore!!!!!

MacBook Pro Apple M3 Max macOS Version 15.0 (Build 24A335) Xcode 16.0 (23051) (Build 16A242d)

Like @sgrappatore I used in for a few days, and then instead of a new better version, it stopped working.

Same for me as well.

I have problem with it too, MacBook Pro Apple M3 Xcode 16 Version 16.0 (16A242d)
