Tested on Xcode 14.5-16 (Beta) and I am still unable to distribute or validate archives.
Attempting to validate or archive immediately causes Xcode to crash when confirming. There are no pending agreements on Developer Console.
Are there other owners on Intel MacBooks able distribute/validate their archives? It’s been months and I really would like to avoid downgrading to ventura/BigSur since Xcode 14 requires Sonoma.

Do you mean MacOS 14.5 and Xcode 16 ß ?
Or tested on both Xcode 14.5 and 16ß ? Not clear.
Why not using a release Xcode 15.4 for instance ?
Sorry. I mean I’ve tested on every xcode from 14.5 to the latest beta version 16.
The last time I was able to distribute to TestFlight/AppStore was before xcode 14.
I've been facing crashes when distributing or validating archives on my MacBook Pro 2020 (Intel) with Xcode 14.5-16 (Beta). Are other Intel MacBook users experiencing this, and is there a fix without downgrading?
Please file a feedback and attach a sysdiagnose. In the meanwhile you can download Transporter from the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/transporter/id1450874784) and upload your app with it. You'll need to export your app from the Organizer in order to upload it with Transporter.
