I keep getting that error message on Xcode Version 15.4

I have tried all I could and nothing seems to be working, it's really frustrating.

Please can anyone help me on this.

I am having the same problem. Same version of Xcode 15.4 and error.

Were you able to fix the problem? What was it? I am finding this incredibly frustrating as there seems to be no solution to it - no solution was provided from the Apple Development Support.
