I would like to know if I can simply show a spatial image on the app without having to open a "preview"
The photos would be spatial photos (HEIC files) converted using Vision Pro.
Is there a way to display Spatial photos (HEIC extension) without the quicklook preview application API?
The Quick Look Preview Application API is currently the only way to present spatial photos from your app on visionOS with the same spatial styling as the Photos app.
Please do file a Feedback Assistant feature request to let us know more about the use-cases you would like to create that go beyond what is currently possible with the Preview Application API.
