Developer Account Says Pending

Dear Team,

My Developer account enrollment status is showing Pending. How long I should wait , It has been more than 10 days now. I paid $99 and did not received email as well for further process. Can anybody suggest where should I ask for further process?

Is the $99 deducted from your account, or is it still pending for payment completion? It gives me the same message, but $99 hasn't been deducted from my account. There is enough money in my account. It has been the same message for three weeks. I have contacted support twice, but there has been no response. It's terrible.
