Transferring Apps supporting iCloud... WHEN?

Hi,


There are probably some Apple employees around here. If so, could you guys tell me what's taking you so long to transfer an iCloud App to another Apple Developer account? It's been probably two years and still is a restriction. We can't sell or transfer valuable Apps because of this setback.

Guys can you please make this happen. This is becoming ridiculous. iCloud disabled for 2+ years, app using iCloud not available anymore for download and you're still blocking us.
Please please please... fix this!
