Download container not success on iOS 17 / Xcode 15

I try to use "Download container" on "Devices and Simulators".
But on iOS 17, xcappdata file size is 4KB and ''AppData" folder is empty.
On iOS 15, xcappdata file size is 2MB and success downloaded.

Xcode show these error when I unplug iOS 17 and plugin iOS 15. 截圖 2023-12-12 下午3.40.44.png

PS. I had turn on [Airplane mode] on iOS 17.

15.3 still the same problem... you download a container, you then replace the container with the one you just downloaded, and it will give this error ... wanted to modify an element in it, (restore an older more complete Db, but not possible anymore as it was in some earlier version... so I try to just download, and reupload, replacing, but its not working... Apple always more buggy....

15.4 still the same problem... what's the deadline for solution this problem?
