iOS 17 devices not connecting to Xcode 15+! Please help!

Device: iPhone SE 2020 (2nd gen) iOS: 17.1.1 Xcode: 15 (also tried 15.0.1 and 15.1 Beta 3)

I've tried everything over the last 2 days to get this working - turning off VPN/Wifi, Developer Mode OFF and back ON, Unpair device/'Trust' again, doing a full reset of the device etc. - nothing helps!

Apple, please help with this ASAP! This has to be fixed in Xcode 15.1 final version!

If anyone has any solutions until Apple officially fixes it, please help!

There seem to be a lot if people having that issue with xcode 15. My work computer can't build to iOS 17 devices. We have put in a support request, with no update on it so far.

I'm pleased to say that the issue is finally solved by upgrading to macOS Sonoma! Works like a charm! Others have reported this too on other online forums.

Spent the last 2 days trying to solve this problem and tried everything from the threats on the Apple Developer forums. Only this solution worked! Disabling VPN didn't help for me.

My iPhone is on iOS 17, xCode 15.1, and just upgraded my laptop to macOS Sonoma, and I'm still having this problem. XCode doesn't even recognize my iPhone. I've tried clearing trusted computers, restarting everything, different USBC ports, nothing is working!

I've found the solution to this issue.

Solution: Remove / rename /Library/Developer folder as it's corrupted.
