How to Re-sign a ipa file with our apple account and install on physical device for testing , as apps like BrowserStack does, Thanks.

Apple has no supported process for re-signing an .ipa archive. Rather that starting with a .ipa, have you developer send you an Xcode archive (.xcarchive). With that in hand, you can re-sign it easily using the Xcode organiser.
