Xcode 15 unkown error, only occur iOS 11-12

I have printed __cplusplus that is "201402",and my build setting also is c++17.

If this issue cannot be perfectly solved that I have to change my MINDEPLOYMENT_TARGET to iOS 13

Xcode 14 don‘t have this problem

Ok,This problem has solved in Xcode 15.1 beta(15C5028h). It‘s blamed dyld
