IOS 17, crashes on webview <select> element

Encountering same issue.

I have an app which uses a webview and it crashes when a person clicks on a dropdown.

It's happening only for iOS 17. For previous versions it was working correctly.

Working correctly on the browser.

We have the same problem in iOS17. Use select2 tag instead of select tag(I did not try yet). https://select2.org/getting-started/basic-usage

I am having the same problem here with an angularjs and cordova application. Any <select> is closing the app.

Same problem ! Our app uses a WKWebView and it crashes when users click on a dropdown list "<select>" element It's happening only for iOS 17. For previous versions it was working correctly. Any fixes ?
