XCode 15 (15A240d) keeps crashing on launch

Everytime I launch Xcode now i'm getting this crash. I tried all version of XCode 15 and none are working. Only Xcode 14 opens properly.

I'm experiencing a similar issue for 15a240d. MacOS updated. Derived Data removed. Restarted multiple times. Xcode will open when when I open a workspace it will load indefinitely and crash when I try to exit.

Xcode has been working fine for the past few days but suddenly has become inoperable

For me it is crashing too. I noticed at the last startup the iPhone SDK needed to be downloaded again. Maybe an update, because I had it already installed a couple of days ago and it was working. The only thing back then was that the Simulator was extremely slow on an Intel chipset. So maybe they tried to fix something there. Now its crashing at startup but I can get rid of the crash by renaming

iPhoneSimulator.platform to iPhoneSimulator.platform.bak

and

iPhoneOS.platform to iPhoneOS.platform.bak

which are both found under the path: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms

Of course iPhone development is not possible this way.

When I then just renamed them back to the normal way, one by one, suddenly there was no startup crash anymore. And also iOS builds were possible again. But the simulator is still amazingly slow on an Intel chipset.

It crashes on my machine with the same report. It is due to a failing to load an ideplugin. I use a custom .xclangspec. After installing the latest DVTPlugInCompatibilityUUID Xcode started to crash. The ID for Xcode 15.0 is EB1EF21B-E756-4D3D-A6EA-E9C57D8C1924. After disabling this UUID in the Info.plist Xcode runs normally (found in the .plugin/Contents bundle. As a result I am not able to use my custom syntax colouring with Xcode 15.0.

Me too. Crashed at startup while everything normal at XCode 14.

For me, this version keeps asking if I want to close the workspace whenever I come back to the machine in the morning. (I don't turn off my machine at night).

Not a crash, but very odd.
