xcrun xctrace list devices does not work under macos 13.4.1

macos : 13.4.1 xcode:14.3.1

xcrun xctrace list devices only display a part of devices which connnected to macmini. howerver, I use idevice_id or ios-deploy -c ，display all of devices.

I have tried the following ways：

1. open xcode =>window => devices&simulators , also display all
2. open instrument tool, can select all of devices and work fine
