I've submitted several apps to app store and I know all the Apple rules regarding the review team that needs an account to test the app and so on.
This time however I'm developing an app that connects to a BLE device and shares information. It is impossible to make the app work without that device.
In this case what should I do in order to submit the app? I cannot give Apple a device, since I'm not the manufacturer, but just a freelance developer working for the manufacturer.
