Doesn't work for me as well. The error message is very general, it gives you no idea what could be wrong.

Same here, not getting what steps we need to take further.

I was having the same issue and after updating the XCode to version 15.1 and then changing the subscription/products localization configuration settings fixed the issue. The default selection was the US but in our case only sell in Brazil. I hope it helps.
