Content Restrictions Blocking Unrestricted Site from Loading

Hello! I'm a software engineer and I work on a PWA (Progressive Web App) for the company that I work for. Are there any known issues with Content Restrictions in iPadOS version 16.4.1?

I have two iPads with at least version 15.5 and two with version 16.4.1. When I have Content Restrictions turned on and try to access our PWA, only the iPads with version 15.5 will work. The iPads with version 16.4.1 attempt to load and we instantly get a blank page. I tried with both Chrome and Safari and had no luck on either.

Does anyone have any idea if it's related to 16.4.1?

I double-checked this on my iPhone this morning with the same version and everything seems to be working as expected.

We are developing a PWA app as well and were experiencing a white screen with no connection to the site and a white screen when adult content restrictions were applied on iOS 16.4.

The beta 4 of iOS 16.5, released to developers on May 2, seems to have resolved this phenomenon.

Please give it a try.
