Can't see the "Additional Capabilities" tab in my identifiers

I'm trying to enable the "Apple Arcade Operations" capability, and it seems to be under "Additional Capabilities" tab:

However I can't see that tab in my identifiers:

Does anyone know how to enable such tab?
