Xcode Server Builder fails to start causing its API to refuse loading the resources. As a result users fail logging in to integrate their accounts.

The issue affects Xcode 14.3.

Yep I have this issue too... My post, a few minute ago : https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/727877 praying for a quick solution, it breaks the quality assurance for our apps...
