Xcode won't open

I updated iPhone to iOS 16.4. Xcode told me to update to 14.3. Now Xcode won't open because I need macOS 13.0, but my 32GB iMac Late 2015 won't take 13.0. Are my days as a developer over? Is it possible to go back to old iOS and old Xcode? Would that solve the problem?

Before you trash Xcode 14.3, copy the iOS 16.4 support files to your Xcode 14.2 install. That will let you debug on your iOS 16.4 device with Xcode 14.2. You may find the following thread helpful:

You can at least revert to Xcode 14.2 (install from here: https://xcodereleases.com/
