No Developer mode in my iphone

I have iPhone 12 Pro. I need to toggle on the developer mode but surprisingly there is no developer mode in my phone.

Please help!

Since iOS 16, you can not activate developer mode from your iPhone. You have to use Xcode to enable it. Connect your phone physically to your macbook, open Xcode, navigate to Settings -> Privacy & Security you should be able to see developer mode there.
