MDM profile restricted iphone camera use. The Camera icon doesn't appear after removing an MDM Profile Manually.

The iphone info: OsVersion: ios 16.1.1 Device model: iPhone X

Steps： Step 1. Install the MDM profile on the iphone. Step 2. The server installs the profile of the disabled camera through the MDM command (access restriction profile) Step 3. Remove MDM profile manually.

After step3, no any profile on the iphone.The Camera icon doesn't on the Home Screen and can't find it in App Library.The Camera in Allowed Apps has bean set to 'On'.

So what causes this phenomenon and how to fix?
