Xcode 14.1 Freez on XIB and Storyboard after few minutes

Version 14.1 (14B47b) MacOS 13.0.1 Free Space 120GB

When i open in any xcode project XIB or storyboard after few minutes XIB and Storyboard freezes, Clicking on any element not respond, when tapping on some swift file sometime it open and sometime it also keep showing spinner. Steps to reproduce: Open Storyboard or XIB Open some swift file Open againStoryboard or XIB - Freezes Open different Storyboard or XIB - Freezes

Every 5 mints i have to kill Xcode and restart.

MORE: there is no device connected (other networks, wirless debugging), bluetooth is off

here are some Todo's

  • Uninstall Xcode completely from your mac there should be no cache or anything and then reinstall the Xcode and see if still there
  • Try to update the Xcode version to 14.2 and then try to reproduce this
  • Check Xcode project format is correct or not
  • Check command line tools are selected correctly or not Xcode >> Setting >> Locations
