"Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

During our review, we noticed that the apps under your Apple Developer Program account appear to have been created for various organizations. They share the same basic structure, format, or framework, and only vary in branding and content. Apps with shared or similar content as such are considered to be out of compliance with the Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.

To resolve the issue, these types of apps need to be submitted by the business or content owner under its own Apple Developer Program account. If you are submitting the app on behalf of a client, you should instruct your client to create its own Apple Developer Program account and submit the app under its own account.

Best regards, "

The situation is this. I put together an application for personal use with friends, since I do not have a developer account, I asked a friend to publish my application. But they don't want to publish it! What to do? who can help? who can explain what is the problem?

Hello,

I'm not sure if it's quite clear what are you trying to do. Can you provide a little bit more of clarification, regarding this issue?

  1. Who is the owner of this Apple developer account?
  2. What kind of apps does this developer account have with the status "Ready for Sale?"
  3. Does this developer account have multiple apps with the same functionality?
  4. What submitted apps do?
  5. Who submitted your application?

Thank you!

This is the email I received after moderation of my application.
