Xcode Cloud setup for self-hosted Bitbucket Server

We tried setting up Xcode Cloud for a self-hosted Bitbucket Server, but ran into the error: “503 Client Error: Connection Refused caused by Failed to connect to [self-hosted server]/23.221.10.193:443. Your hostname must be publicly resolvable.”.

To get around this, we used Akamai + IHS Proxy + LightGateway between Xcode Cloud and bitbucket. We whitelisted Akamai from our firewall’s inbound HTTPS allow list with IP address ranges 17.58.0.0/18, 17.58.192.0/18, and 57.103.0.0/22, but we’re still not seeing the requests from the apple servers in our access logs.

Is there anything else we could try?

My organization is having the exact same issue with Xcode Cloud connecting to a self-hosted Bitbucket Server. We have been working with Apple Dev Support on this for a few months. We tried again today, but still no luck. I am hopeful we'll have a solution soon.

Is there any progress on this issue? My company have exactly the same problem. Self-hosted Bitbucket Server is perfectly accessible from around the world but somehow Xcode Cloud cannot connect. Could you share any light on this issue? Is there any configuration which can be changed on the Bitbucket Server side or is this an Apple issue?

I'm also having the same issue. any update/resolution for this?
