XCode Cloud build issue - Command exited with non-zero exit-code: 65

I was setting up Xcode cloud for the very first time. And after building the workflow I was getting the below error as in the attached image

unable to open file (in target "MTPIOS.MFS.MFS" in project "App")

Any tips as of why this issue is occurring , and any fixes to this ?

You have a group in the project view on the left called MTP. It's my guess that there's something in there that is referenced but cannot be found on disk.
