XCode team suddenly missing

Hi, I'm using XCode 13.4.1 and the team is suddenly gone. I have two accounts on my XCode. One is my personal account, the other one is my office account. The one missing is the office account. The last time I checked, it was working fine then I downloaded and opened the AVCam project and it's gone. I'm sure it is still in the Keychain. What should I do?

Nevermind. I just need to add my office id back to XCode. However, this has happened 3 times now. This is annoying.
