AVPlayerViewController not show "playbackcontrols overlay"

After update iOS to 16.0, the AVPlayerViewController do not show "playbackcontrols overlay" anymore but when my phone is in iOS 15.6 it still work normally. I try to make the showsPlaybackControls always true but in iOS 16.0 it still not show
