Preview for IOS16 doesn't load giving this

I tried to change the simulator and this didn't help.

Could you pls help me to solve this?

that's an old beta, try getting the latest one

1st thing I'd try would be using the latest Xcode 14 RC. (Sorry I posted before reading the comment & reply below).

I installed this version - xcode 14 release candidate and this didn't help. Does anybody know how to send error report to Apple directly for them to troubleshoot? Thank you.
