How to know which developer responded to the user's review in App Store Connect?

With numerous developers having access to the App Store Account, it would be nice to know which of them actually responded to the review left by our users. I've been trying to find such feature in the App Store Connect, but I did not find any way to pinpoint who stands behind the Developer Response. Is there a way to find out?

AFAIK, the only way to know is to ask by answering to the author of review. No way to know if they don't want to tell.

However, if the comment is outrageous you could report to Apple support.
