Just installed Xcode 14 Beta 6. Clicked to install the WatchOS9 simulator.
I got the following error at the end of the download:

I also tried deleting all simulators in ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator but that didn't change anything
Clicked to install the WatchOS9 simulator.
When did you get this choice ? I used to get in previous beta, but it never showed in ß6.
I got problems as well with Xcode 14ß6 simulators, notably for Watch.
Have you tried to add as paired to a device simulator ?
I tried to go into Preferences > Platforms and removed all watchOS simulators, then hit "GET" on the watchOS beta 5 (the only available watchOS option). This solved the issue for me.
