Since few days the database section on Cloudkit Console is not loading for me.
Found this error upon inspecting the network console:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'permissions')

Any idea what the issue could be?
Not sure, it works for me now, if issue persists, logout and login, otherwise file a feedback to Apple
Sorry you are having issue using the Console, we are looking into it. It would very much appreciated if you could provide more logging from your browser console so we understand where this issue occurs.
