Hey, Am exploring MusicKit web api. I have a question regarding app key. https://help.apple.com/developer-account/#/deva27624586?sub=dev0416b9004

My question is, do i have to register and pay a developer fee to used the musickit web?

Yes you do nee apple developer account in order to generate identifiers, certificates and apps.
