I have launched a new app where we have 2 subscriptions:
- yearly, with 7 days free trial as an introductory offer
- monthly, with 7 days free trial as an introductory offer and a 5 months promotion for a special price (smaller).
The yearly plan works perfectly, but the monthly is not available to anyone.
Every user that tried to purchase in production hit the same problem:
Not Eligible for Offer
This offer is available only to current or previous subscribers of this app.
Any ideas what is causing this and how can we solve it?
